Anxiety
I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am trained evidence-based techniques to help adults, teens, and children overcome various forms of anxiety ranging from social anxiety, panic attacks, intrusive/irrational thoughts, phobias, health anxiety, stress, and perfectionism. We will learn the purpose of anxiety in daily life, identify where your anxieties come from, practice different relaxation skills, role play scenarios, and collaborate to help you reach a point where you're more in control of your anxiety.
