I am certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I am trained in various evidence-based techniques to help adults, teens, and children overcome persistent low and depressed moods.  Together, I will help you learn to recognize your triggers, understand your emotions and origins of negative thoughts, explore safe and useful coping skills, improve your self-talk, help you establish a stronger support system, build your strengths, and help you be more comfortable with yourself and your identity.
